FounderAlbert Lara Mata

Graduate in Economics, after traveling around the world and living in Europe, America and Africa, and worked as international development aid worker and export manager, he came to the conviction that there were many companies that were not consistent to the values that they preached and many people who worked in positions in which they were not felt fulfilled.
So, after working for a prestigious international human resources consultancy and attending an Executive MBA, he decided to found his own consultancy and work for directors committed to the development of their collaborators, looking for managers and specialists compromised with their business projects.
